We also assisted Federal Agencies such as the F.D.I.C. & R.T.C. in the historic S&L collapse. We later expanded our business into the Eminent Domain arena working closely with condemning authorities as well as property owners. The eminent domain industry has given us a reputation as experts in the valuation of all types of trade fixtures, process systems, special purpose assets and property improvements above and beyond normal real estate.
